1. Overview
This website, maelorajewelry.com (the “Site”), is operated by NRK Business, trading as Maelora Jewelry (“Maelora”, “we”, “us” or “our”), Wayesteinsingel 169, 2151KV Nieuw Vennep, The Netherlands.
By visiting the Site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and to the policies they refer to, including our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to make a purchase on the Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products
We do our best to display our products, including colors, sizes and details, as accurately as possible. Because screens differ and production may vary slightly, small variations in color, size or finish may occur. Product measurements are approximate.
We may limit quantities, discontinue products or change product information at any time without notice.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout. Shipping within the United States is free, as described in our Shipping Policy.
Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. By submitting your payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after your order has been confirmed. We will notify you by email if this happens.
5. Promotions
Promotions, including Buy 2, Get 1 Free, are valid for as long as they are shown on the Site and are applied automatically at checkout, unless stated otherwise. With Buy 2, Get 1 Free, the lowest-priced item in each set of three qualifying items is free. 6. Orders and Cancellations
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times and conditions are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. If we cannot ship your order within the stated handling time, we will notify you and offer you the option to cancel for a full refund.
8. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Use of the Site
You agree not to use the Site:

You give us permission to use, edit and publish this content in connection with Maelora, including on the Site and social media. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

If you sign up for our marketing emails or text messages, you agree to receive them as described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time with the link in each email, and from text messages by replying STOP.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maelora and NRK Business from any claims, losses or costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site, to the extent permitted by law.

If you have a problem with your order or the Site, please contact us first at info@maelorajewelry.com. Most issues can be resolved quickly this way, and we will do our best to find a fair solution within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer protection laws of the state where you live.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will remain in full effect.
