At Maelora Jewelry, we aim to provide a transparent and reliable shipping experience. Below are the terms that make up our Shipping Policy.
Shipping Scope
We ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO addresses and PO boxes. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Costs
Standard Shipping: $0.00 (free on all orders, no minimum purchase required).
Handling, Transit & Order Cut-off Time
Order Handling Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Transit Time: 6 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday).
Order Cut-off Time: 12:00 PM (ET), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time begin processing the following business day.
Total Estimated Delivery: 7 to 15 business days. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO/DPO addresses may take a few additional business days.
Shipping Origin, Duties & Taxes
Orders are shipped by our fulfillment partner in China. All import duties and customs fees are paid by us. You will not be charged anything extra on delivery.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your shipment on our Track Your Order page.
Delays
If your order cannot be shipped within the stated handling time, we will notify you by email and give you the option to cancel your order for a full refund.
Lost Packages & Address Changes
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your order date, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, send a free replacement or issue a full refund. Address changes are possible until your order has shipped.
